Fire Consumes Motor Home Near LHS

On the morning of May 13th a fire consumed a motorhome in Gardella Plaza across Fourth Street from Livermore High School. According to Livermore Patch, the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department responded to the report of a car fire just before 7:30 a.m. According to the Fire Battalion Chief Aaron Lacey, “The fire was contained to the motorhome but the surrounding buildings had some bubbling in the paint due to the heat.” Lacey said one of the owners was treated at the scene for minor injuries and the motorhome is considered a total loss. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
